In the winter, water that seeps through the face of the rock freezes and reflects like a looking glass.
This is a popular hike. You see rock climbers here, too. Climbing is only open here certain times of the year, so if you are coming here to climb, get better information than my website.
Trails lead from FR 475 and FR 475-B to the top of Looking Glass Rock.
They are well-marked and there is parking.
